The Nunavik Marine Region Planning Commission (NMRPC)
and the Nunavik Marine Region Impact Review Board (NMRIRB) were recently
established under the Nunavik Inuit Land Claims Agreement (NILCA) to guide
the development of planning policies, priorities and objectives in the
Nunavik Marine Region and to review the eco-systemic and socio-economic
impacts of project proposals in the Nunavik Marine Region. The Boards
are jointly seeking a candidate to fill the position of Regional Planner
that will be based in Kuujjuaq, Quebec.
