December 2013 Special Issue of Geomatica
Featuring
Geodesy, Satellite Positioning and Integrated Navigation Systems
Deadline: June 1, 2013
The Canadian Institute of Geomatics (CIG) is planning to publish a special
issue of its quarterly journal, Geomatica, on Geodesy, Satellite Positioning
and Integrated Navigation Systems. This issue will focus on state-of-the-art
technology and research, methodologies, and algorithms related to the broad
field of Geodesy and Satellite Navigation. Topics of particular interest include
but are not limited to:
- GPS and multi-constellation GNSS precise point positioning
- Network real-time kinematic GNSS positioning
- Ground- and Space-based
Augmentation Systems
- Atmospheric effects
- Integrated multi-sensor, multi-system positioning
and navigation
- GNSS/MEMS-based INS for positioning and attitude
determination
- Indoor and pedestrian navigation
- Regional and global reference frames
- Gravity field and Geoid modelling
- Geodynamics and Earth rotation
Plans are to select 6 papers for this
special issue. Other papers that have been reviewed and accepted will
be considered for publication
in subsequent regular issues of Geomatica.
Manuscripts should be prepared
according to Instructions to Authors of Geomatica (http://www.cig-acsg.ca).
Papers will be peer-reviewed
with reference
to the current Reviewer’s Guide for Geomatica. The deadline for
receiving manuscripts for this special issue is June 1, 2013. Please
