6.4.1	Council shall by resolution establish annual membership fees, provided that the resolution is approved by a two-thirds majority of Council members present and voting at a meeting to consider such a resolution.
6.4.2	A member shall be liable for the fees prescribed by Council until membership ceases by reason of written resignation, or expulsion.
6.4.3	Annual membership fees shall be payable on the first day of each fiscal year and are not refundable. Honorary life and life members are exempt from annual membership fees.
6.4.4	Any person admitted to membership in the Institute in the last three months of the fiscal year shall pay only the full amount of the annual fees for the following year.
6.4.5	No sooner than six months following receipt of the first membership renewal notice, the Executive Committee may, by resolution, direct the executive director to remove from membership those persons whose annual fees are in arrears as of that date.
6.4.6	A person whose fees are in arrears may recover all the rights and privileges of membership by payment of the fees for the current year.
6.4.7	Council may by resolution establish such other fees as are deemed expedient for the day-to-day operations of the Institute.
